Remarks

It was very simple. First I applied for jelet exam in 2022 then I got a rank near about 7500 and then started Counseling. After that, I got to this college through first Counseling & went college then the rest of things goes through the college process. No, I don't want to see any improvement in the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love technology basically. It gives me the kick actually. That's why I choose this course at Asansol engineering college. I don't have any idea about the ratio. Faculties are super awesome & their teaching quality is super awesome by the way .they are extremely helpful to students.

Class Size: 23Course Fees: INR 88000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Most of the time the best value companies are TCS, Wipro, Microsoft, etc. I don't have any idea about stipend related part. I Haven't done any projects related to our course so can't give you an brief idea about that.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah, this year the course fee is a little bit increasing compared to the previous year. No scholarship is provided by the college, you have to go for other private scholarship options. I didn't get any job on campus with a stipend.

Campus Life

The annual festival happens twice a year & contains lots of fun in it. Books are always available in the library section. Either it's related to studies or related to your favorite author. Sports & extracurricular activities are always appreciated by the college authority.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
