Course Curriculum Overview
CU provide 10 departments cse,it ,ece,ee, ie, ce,pst,ct,jft and one . The faculty and students ratio is awesome. In each department for 1st year, there are 23 students, and the almost same amount of faculty members are there. All facilities are extremely qualified. In a semester two exams happen mid-sem and end sem. For CU getting marks are little bit tough than for other universities.
Internships Opportunities
Cu provide internship for 3rd-year students. many good companies visit for internships like TCS, Wipro, cognizant, l&t, accoulite, Accenture, and many more.CU students creak many good off-campus internships in top MNCs.
Placement Experience
As there are only 3 batches passed out but placement is great and it's increasing exponentially time by time. Overall average package is almost 6 LPA. For case, it average package is 8-8.5 LPA and 100% placement for ie and ee 90% placement and the average is 6lpa, for pst 100% placement and 6-6.5 LPA, force 90% and 5 LPA for ct,ece, one and pst placement are not good.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is almost negligible. For the 2021-2023 season the fee is 0 for COVID. The library fee is also 0. For others, the 4-year fee is almost 30k. If you are two then u get another relief. Also, u get many scholarships from the government or nongovernment if you are eligible.
Campus Life
According to fees college infrastructure are great, Cu has 3 campuses for B.Tech, Technology Campus in Salt Lake sector 3, Rajabazar Campus in Rajabazar and Ballygunge campus in Ballygunge .1st year students are allotted in technology campus. From the 2nd year case, it, you are in technology campus, ece, ee, ie,ce,ct, pst are in Rajabazar campus and pst are in Ballygunge campus.
Hostel Facilities
Cu Hostels are great. Hostel fees are 1.6k per year and hostel mess fees are according to Hostels. In hostel for 1st and 2nd year u can get double and triple seated rooms from 3 Rd year u will get a single room
