Remarks

I gave JEE Main, in which I got a 13k rank. NITs admission is done on the basis of JEE Main ranks. The closing rank vs branch can be seen on the JOSAA website which is a council that conducts counseling for IITs and NITs.

Course Curriculum Overview

Due to Covid, the course curriculum has been shifted to a very tough side, because the college has to come to the path as it was before. Faculties are good at teaching and every group of about 10 students is given a mentor.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Internships Opportunities

For internships companies visit the college in the third year. There they recruit the students and give them a good stipend. The companies also give PPO to talented students working well in their company during their internship time.

Placement Experience

The placement of the college is very good as it is a top NIT. About 80% of students are placed on campus. The highest package last year gone was 60lpa given by Apple. CS and ECE have average placement of above 11 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no such fee hike as it is a government college. The cost of study for the whole BTech degree would be around 10-12 lacs. Scholarships are given to students who are financially low. The scholarship.

Campus Life

The life on campus is amazing. Fest are organised like Sphinx, Blitzschlag. Classrooms are fully AC and it has the biggest Asia Lecture theatre. Sports facilities are provided and regular events are organized for it.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent.
