Yeah, college administration was not much active during counseling time cuz most of the time no one was there to pick up the phone .it was quite lengthy and hectic. and it was not updated on its website early .but slowly it is growing and in days to come it will be good
Course Curriculum Overview
Course and curriculum are as per standards set by UGC and classes r taken on a regular basis. this course has good faculty in the civil department. most of the faculty in BTech branches are either from iits or nits. good number of teachers are available for the students, so the student and teacher ratio is good. exams are quite difficult to pass as the question are of good level.
Placement Experience
Currently, the university has signed a memorandum of understanding with some companies and has also opened its placement cell in Gurgaon. average placement goes to 4-5 lakhs but the number of students placed is less however many students get placed in good companies through off-campus placement. I will prepare for gate and ese exams and will try to achieve my goals as soon as possible.
Fees and Financial Aid
the fee structure is like 65000*4=260000 for general students and 28000*4=112000 for sc/St students. There are several scholarships given by the university. it also provides financial assistance to poor students in the form of fee waive and provides placements through engagements. I didn't get any scholarship and I m still studying at the university.
Campus Life
Different activities like fest, freshers, farewell, and other events are organized on regular basis. celebrities are also invited. the library has a good amount of books. starting from the syllabus to competitive exams including foreign writer books .there is one specific library for BTech .games and sports are not that active in the university but still some sports events r organized occasionally.there are several clubs run by students in coordination with teachers and one website is cuh unofficial run by one former student.
