Because I wanted to become a B.com gen student but don't have enough money to get admission at any General colleges so l choose this college. For a faculty and student ratio of 1:50. The faculties are well-qualified and experienced teachers. The exams are conduct in yearly.

Class Size: 210Course Fees: INR 850 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My total fees for these courses were under 10000 for 3 years (full year). and don't have any idea about the scholarship. I got a scholarship from the WB government. SVMCM is the name of the scholarship scheme, and After completing one year I got the scholarship.

Campus Life

Campus life is very good with a very important social life. Even better than the club is the annual fest or tech fest from January to March. The college library is very clean and tidy very good library. The college campus is very clean and a place to hang out. The student-run group is called the College Union.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
