Eligibility is passed with 60% in Physics, Maths, Chemistry in 10+2 and a rank between 3000-5000 in KCET entrance exam I got admission through KCET exam which is the entrance exam in Karnataka. There will be MCQ test for physics, chemistry and mathematics Application form, application fees and all other details are available at www.kea.com website I have claimed OBC reservation for my admission Besides KCET there is PESSAT EXAM that is college entrance exam

I chose Electronics and communication course as I have interest as how gadgets work Apart from core electronics courses we also have opportunity to study minors in computer science courses so that's a plus point in PES University. Faculties are highly qualified and as usual there are few highly qualified but useless professors( doesn't know how to put concepts into students brain).As in whole very well qualified professors There is 1:45 ratio of professor: students which is pretty good ratio for learning &teaching Most of the faculty have Master's and P.hd as their qualification. PES UNIVERSITY is very evolved educational institution with advanced teaching facilities like smart classes , recording of all classes which made easy for us to learn during covid pandmic days. I would give 3.7/5 for teaching.I think teachers shld improvise their techniques in teaching the concepts. Coming to exams, there will be 2 internal exams (ISA's) and. One final exam (ESA) for every semester&it's easy

There is great opportunities for internship at PES UNIVERSITY, there are 2 ways to get an internship Method 1- There are some intra college department which offers internship which are unpaid. Method 2- During placements some companies offer internship so one has to clear placement exam and interview to get this , this internship will be paid as stipend. To catch of bull's eye ( company) one shld have lot more exposure towards projects of their interests and know as many technologies.

Students are eligible for placement from start of 4 th year or 7th semester and one must have cleared all exams with good score of 6 CGPA Over 400+ companies visited for campus placements. Companies like Apple, Google , Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Robert Bosch, HP, Accenture, L&T , CONTINENTAL and many more companies came. Highest package offered as per my knowledge is 36 Lakhs and average package is around 6 lakhs Profiles like business analyst, data analyst, software developer, testing engineer, RPA developer, cloud Engineer, ML Engineer were offered.I think around 95% of students got placed, Computer science branch has highest placement rate then followed by Electronics & communication branch . As I was placed in a MNC I started my career as a business analyst.

There was no fees hike i.e the fees is same for all 4 years, my fees was ?1,02,000 per year, but during covid they discounted 10% of fees and could pay them in 2 installments.Based on the performance in college exams one will be eligible for scholarships of college i,e CNR Rao scholarship and many more.But i took a education loan for my studies. Speaking on placement or campus jobs , everyone while joining college focus majorly on job, but i can assure all who join. PES that no one leaves the college without a job . Everyone will get minimum of 2 job offers in hand before graduating, over 400+ companies visit campus for placement,this includes dream company like apple , Google , HP . I got placed in 2 companies , where i also got an internship opportunity as well. So kudos to PES UNIVERSITY for it's placement opportunities.

There are 2 annual cultural fests called AATMATRISHA & MAAYA which occurs once in 6 months. There are tech fests also organised by college.There is a vast library with all books, reference books, journals , project reports, and many more and there are 2 librarian to serve all. Classrooms are clean & tidy ,well lit rooms and desks for students to accommodate.There is big cricket ground, basketball court, table tennis court, gym and very less importance is given for sports even though we have large cricket ground students are not allowed to play cricket which is very bad.There are lot of Instagram pages , social websites that are created & maintained by students of PES for a social change and for revolution in technology
