Remarks
Admission to NSUT is done through jee mains and the cutoffs are very high for the computer science department. In 2021 the cutoff for the CSE branch was around 5 thousand and for CSE it was around 3k for lower branches the cutoff goes around 30 to 40k.
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum that is followed is very old and outdated and most of the subjects are of no use in getting placements and internships. the faculty is pretty decent for all the branches but is very in case of attendance
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are also very great at NSUT. various companies like google Microsoft amazon are coming for the role of software developer and various tech-related roles. many core companies also visit the campus for the core branches like texas instrument for EE core
Placement Experience
NSUT is famous for its placements record, around 90 to 95 % of students are placed and around 200 and the average package is around 13 LPA. some of the companies that are visiting regularly are Google, Microsoft, Apple, tower, Deloitte, bane, amazon, texas instruments etc
Fees and Financial Aid
fees of NSUT are very high but compared to other government colleges it is ok fees per year is around 220000 per year but it keeps on increasing every year scholarships opportunities are very less and very minimal and it is also very long process
Campus Life
the campus life is good at NSUT multiple fests are organised throughout the year. the main fest is moksha which was the first fest organised in Delhi after the pandemic other fest includes tec fest like innovation and resonance
