Remarks
The admission process was pretty straightforward. I am a national-level football player so I got admission through sports quota trial selection. I had maths as a subject in 11th and 12th which is mandatory for the BCom Hons course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was fantastic. I got to learn subjects like cost accounting, financial management, investment management, and financial markets and institutions which were of great interest to me, and the knowledge of accounting helped in my first job in an internal audit
Placement Experience
Placements at the college require you to have a minimum GPA to be eligible to apply for the post. The placement committee is very active in organizing everything and communicating with the students as well as the companies coming on campus. Around 50% of the batch were placed through college placement where the highest package ranges from about 8lpa-10lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for BCom Hons is around 13000 yearly which is comparatively more economical than most undergrad colleges. Other than that day to day expenses like food etc would cost around 6-7 thousand per month
Campus Life
The social life is excellent. I was part of the college football team throughout my college years. Other than that there are clubs like finance club and entrepreneurial clubs in which students can be part. The annual fest is also successfully organized every year
