Remarks

You have to score at least 60% marks in your 12th class to get admission to this college. Application forms are available throughout the year. The cost of the application form is 700 RS there were no reservations in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have been loving computers since my childhood that's why I choose this course. the faculty to student ratio is 1:25. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders and are very supportive. The semester exams are so easy that everyone can pass easily.

Internships Opportunities

Very few companies come to college to hire interns in my course but if you have skills you will get an internship off-campus. some of the companies visited last year are IBM Tech Mahindra TCS Infosys and go mechanic for assistant software engineers and many consultancy jobs are also offered.

Placement Experience

Placements in my course are decent. but if you do a master's so you will get the higher package. many tech companies visited last year about 40-50% of the students are placed with an average package of 3 lakhs and the highest package of 7 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is not much expensive. College provides scholarships on the basis of merit and many govt scholarships are also available. The fee structure of my course is RS 80k per year and 5k security refundable fees.

Campus Life

annual fest named fiesta is held every year. there are many tech fests also held every month. there are so many books available in the library that students don't have to purchase from outside. there are many sports clubs and coding clubs also there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
