At that time, there was no entrance exam in DU. The whole admission process is online based on 12th grades. You just have to apply for admission on Delhi University official website and for it to release it's cutoff list. Basically there are 7 cut off lists and occassionally 8 or 9 . But now you have to give an entrance exam for admission. For this also you have to just apply on DU's official website. The entrance is fully based on your 12th standard learning. Reservations are provided on the basis of sports, peds, or SCs and SCTs.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course is the right choice for students who want to go into the mathematical profession. It is best offered at DU. Mainly, it's not crowded here, like, it gives the best faculty having PhDs and a good no. of it so the student can learn better in the classroom. Here we follow the semester system. So you have to appear 6 times in exams which is really not complicated to get good grades.
Internships Opportunities
Several internship offers are available with DU like NEO marketing, Unimonks, Delhi Adventure Club, etc. You learn here different aspects of life and your course under the NEP 2020 scheme Soon it will introduce paid internships also.
Placement Experience
More than 50% of students get placements every year with a minimal package of about 24 lacs pa in companies like Adobe, Wipro, TCS, Axis Bank, and much more. If you don't get a placement there are many options like applying for IIMs or IITs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The academic fees are not high but in terms of a govt institution, it is. But you can support it through various scholarship schemes like National Scholarship Programme. Placements are also good. You can get an average package of about 4.15 lacs in the same course.
Campus Life
DU provides you with the best campus at all. It organizes its annual fest "SABRANG", and many others in its different colleges at a big scale and also the society fests. Students are even given opportunities to organize clubs like environment club etc. You are provided with every of your academic book in the library and other famous books also and daily and journals.
