Remarks
Our University has very excellent teaching staff.One of the best, from my point of view. The University is equipped with every laboratory and all sorts of the workshop and other activities. The classroom is equipped with projector and teaching is quite good.College library has a collection of more than 70,000 books including different publications and Journals.
Entrance Preview
JIS online Entrance Examination is the Entrance Examination conducted by JIS University, Kolkata for admission into this course.For admission in this college students must have a good score in this Entrance Exam.Every student must be Graduate in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subject combination.
Campus Life
The campus life is full of well-equipped Infrastructure. We do not have to go outside for our daily needs.Cafeteria within the campus.Snacks, tea, coffee available in our cafeteria.Within the campus bus facility also available.All the classrooms are air conditioned.Proper ventilation and lighting facility in all the classrooms.There is a white board and proper sitting facility in every classroom.
Hostel Facilities
I stay in boy's hostel and I am very much enjoying my life here.I make new friends of different departments in our hostel.Our hostel provides us 24*7 water and electricity, which is very important for everybody.Sometimes, when we get time we play Badminton in our Hostel Badminton court.Mess food is simple light, but tasty and healthy.It always served hot and fresh.
Exam Structure
The exams are not at all hectic and we get a lot of time to prepare.The unit test and prelims help us to prepare well. We have a total of six exams for the semester one and which consists of three of University exams and three of college exams.All the exams held in the exact time schedule.There is always 2 3 days gap between the final exams of our course.
Faculty
The faculties of our University are very knowledgeable and they are kind and helpful too. They seem to have a very perspective view about the students and are ready to help the students. The staff is polite and the teaching is also very good. Though some of the students don't like the faculty because of their own attitude problems. I haven't faced any kind of problem till now.
