Nsit takes admission through Joint Admission Counselling (JAC), Delhi based on jee mains all India rank. JAC releases common forms for admission in Delhi's top four colleges namely NSUT, DTU, IIITD and IGDTUW.Form releases after successful completion of jee entrance exam.

Maximum faculties are PhD holders. Mostly supportive, clears every doubt related to theory and also tells research opportunities of the subject. The teachers always encourage you to do research on your subject. At the start of the semester, all teachers will suggest you best book be followed. The college also provides a black book which contains a course and subject list with a syllabus and book to be followed.

Internship opportunities are also very great at NSUT. various companies like google Microsoft amazon are coming for the role of software developer and various tech-related roles. many-core companies also visit the campus for the core branches like texas Instruments for ECE core.

Nsit is known for its placement and internship opportunities provided to its students. The tnp cell tries to make place for all deserving students of the college. The highest package is 1.25 crore offered in 2015 as per the college website. The college doesn't reveal much about its placement. NSUT is famous for its placements record, around 90 to 95 % of students are placed and around 200 and the average package is around 13 LPA. some of the companies that are visiting regularly are Google, Microsoft, Apple, tower, Deloitte, bane, amazon, texas instruments etc

The fee structure increase by 10% every year, it's really high for a middle-class family. There are two banks SBI(state bank of India) and Andhra banks inside the college which gives you loan facility that cover your annual, hostel fees and other expenditure like books and laptops etc. The bank offer loan to you on the day of counselling you need not go to banks for that. But the Delhi government provide a lot of scholarship program which give financial assistance to students.

Our college conducts two big fests annually one innovision and resonance and one MOKSHA. Moksha is conducted in march. It has a fruitful of almost 60k viewers and participants every year. It is a 3-day fest with star night on the last day of the fest. If you are in a society of college then these fests are like festivals to you also everyone gives their best to represent the college in front of others. The fest contains cultural, literature and technical events.

Yes, I have opted for the hostel facilities. The hostels of this College are very good, they have good infrastructure. Every year has a different hostel with a mess. The room of every hostel is well maintained there are only single and double bedrooms so no congestion in the room. The administration is very good. If you are from outside of Delhi you will definitely get a room. The hostel for Delhi candidates is given according to their distance between home and college.
