Remarks

The admission process is very smooth but I think college management should provide some types of drinks because this is a very long process. There are many helpdesks placed by college students for helping their juniors who are gonna take admission to this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have done my 12 in commerce so I opt for the Bcom Hons course. The faculty is very good and friendly also. And our class size is about 30-35 students. And the teaching method of teachers is quite good and a senior faculty members also came for taking your feedback regarding your professor if you have any complaints then you can register that. Exams are taking place on time and if you study regularly then it's not a big issue to clear these exams.

Placement Experience

From the fourth semester, students are eligible for placement opportunities. The placement cell makes all arrangements regarding the placement. Companies like E&Y, KPMG, Delloite, Bain&Co, Etc visit our campus for hiring Highest package is around 18 Lacs and the lowest package is around 3 lacs 50-60 per cent of student gets placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very crisp and clear you have to pay fees annually and it's a nearly 7-10k range. And the student who scored well and who belong to certain schedule castes also get a scholarship but you have to apply for this as soon as college opens because it's not for a long time and the college also have a placement cell that arranges your interviews with companies and if everyone goes well you are placed in one of the company

Campus Life

Life at the campus is good. But our college is a little small and it's circular in structure. Our annual fest is good but we can't compare it with North campus colleges and there are also libraries available in the both evening and morning college from which you can issue books which you need. The classroom is good but not that hi-tech it's a basic one. And there is a lot of scope for extracurricular and sports activities in our college because many of my friends are from sports quota and they have lots of benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
