Remarks
The admission process is a little bit tough. I filled form for admission which you can also fill out from Tolani's official site by going to the admission site. After filling form they will give a link in which we have to give an exam after clearing the exam immediately we have to appear for an interview.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose B Tech because of the facility and faculty. For BTech, there is a workshop, a dummy ship called PVD and also a stimulator. Exams are conducted 2 times a year. The faculty is well-qualified and always supports us.
Internships Opportunities
If we don't get placement till 4th year we have to do an internship in PVD i.e dummy ship in Tolani. Some companies have a policy to do internships in TMI itself, after the internship we can go sailing but we have no backlog in exams all subjects should be cleared.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for BTech is 21 lakhs. We get scholarships on the basis of the marks we get in the semester and credit points. These credit points we get by joining clubs. we get into the top 10 then surely we will get a scholarship on the basis of rank.
Campus Life
Life TMI is very busy. I will attach the photo of the schedule at the end of the review. In TMI there is so many sports facility like a football ground, cricket pitch, lawn tennis court, basketball court, athletic track, badminton court and clubhouse.
Hostel Facilities
There are three hostels H1, H2 and H3. For girls, H2 is provided. Each hostel has a mess and the food is also nice. Every day we get different food as per the schedule. We can take as much food as we want. We get morning breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.
