College accepts the jee main marks & counselling done by jossa basically Mnit is NIT Jaipur & it is a well-known college. it is situated in heart of the pink city and has a very good environment for study as well as for enjoyment

I love chemistry so I choose chemical instead of mechanical. Faculty are supportive and help each and every student. Exams are held every month due to covid because of time limitations. overall college was very good.

Internships are given to students by many companies such as google, amazon is two well-known companies. I am in my first year so I didn't apply for internships so don't about internships so much. But the senior tells us about internships.

Placement is most important for students. Mnit is a government college mainly it is NIT so placements are pretty good. every major visit in mnit and average package is also good and percentage of the job given to students by companies are sufficient.

Fees and Financial Aid

Mnit is known as Nit Jaipur so fees are decided by government bodies. The total fee is approx 2 lakh per anum but the college gives benefits to caste or Economic backward students as per their requirements. many students get scholarships also.

Campus Life

Life on the campus was very good because it was situated in heart of Jaipur. Every student enjoys their life. Jaipur is known for its tourism.so there are lots of places for visits. the campus is pretty good and there are lots of clubs.

Hostel Facilities

Some hostels are good and old ones are not up to mark. Mess food is not so good but not so bad .every hostel has its mess so students must eat food in their own mess and their options for changing pf mess. the hostel is allowed by mnit collage and does not change in the same year.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent.
