Remarks

First You have to appear in the entrance exam. The entrance exam is Jee mains. You can fill out the form on josaa . and the application fee is around 1000. I got a reservation for gen ews. I got a benefit of a 2000 rank just because of the reservation.

I have a good interest in electronics so I chose this course and it has higher chances to get a student placed in good comapanies. faculty members are friendly but all you have to do on your own. most of the faculties are Ph.D. and exams are conducted every semester.

Internships Opportunities

A good amount of stipend is also provided by companies such as Deshaw, Flipkart, Paytm, and Microsoft for internships. The internship must be related to your branch, and you will also receive projects from your professors.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, you can sit for placements, and from the 5th semester, you can sit for internships. Last year, the average package of my course was about 17.31 lacs, and almost 90% of the students were placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

cost to study is not much if you have an income certificate of less than 5 lac income. You get 2/3 of the fee remission. Many scholarships are also there you get emails whenever a new scholarship comes. One of the scholarships known to me is from the state govt.

Campus Life

So our college organizes two fests one of them is a tech fest sphinx that is organized in September and it is a 3 days fest and one cultural fest is organized in Feb. It is the cultural fest of mnit and of the biggest cultural fest in Rajasthan.

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent.
