Remarks
It started out with JIPMAT entrance exam followed by 10 and 12 marks submission which too had a percentage in the final score. Then we got call as per our preferences. I got into IIM JAMMU in the the first later got transferred to IIM BG as it was my first preference.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose IPM because I was interested how companies work and how are such firms managed. The faculties here are really supportive and they are always ready to help you in anyway possible way. Also all of the faculties are well qualified with a doctorate along with good amount of experience. The exams are hectic but that's the standard of an IIM.
Placement Experience
IPM will have placement in the last 2 years of their course that is in MBA and our IIM has 100% placement. There are companies like BNY Mellon and Amazon who have recruited our seniors. The amount is also increasing in meteoric fashion.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are as per any other IIM like 4.5L per Year which are includes hostel fee but excludes mess charges. Collage is supportive we take scholarships from our states or some other organisations too but it provides NBFA for students whose family income is less than 8L per year
Campus Life
Our Campus will be done by next year it's one of the IIM which is really close to city. We have our Flagship event Elegante which happens in December and there are various committees and clubs which surely will help you groom well.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels which we live are a little old but they are well equipped and once the new campus is made we have rooms there. Mess food is just like any other hostel and there are good as well as bad days but the Hostel and Mess committee always tries to provide us with best possible
