The admission Process was very smooth. Like you can clear any doubt by mailing and you will get an instant reply apart from that there are student bodies who are the seniors of freshers to help them in their induction and orientation process.

At my rank, I was getting mining engineering in iit bhu and some upper branch in IIT ism Dhanbad. I choose iit bhu because of its good placements all over India and seeing the qualifications of teachers. Prof. Here are highly qualified and the girls-to-boys ratio here in my branch is 1:4 we have two semesters in a year and exams are held four times a year. 2 mid-sem and 2 end-sem.

Internship opportunities are also good in our college and the whole process happens under the complete proctoring of the placement committee of the college for fair results. Almost 400 + students out of 1300 got an on-campus intern.

Campus placement here is excellent. This should be the main reason of mine to take this iit. For the 2018 b.tech batch avg for mining, the branch was 18 lac among around 90+ students and the highest package was something 37lps which is decent for any college.

Fees structure is very smooth here. Fees per semester are the same as of all other iits and the procedure for financial assistance is like if you have a family income of fewer than 1 lacs then your tuition fees would be 950 for the odd semester and 1035 for the even semester and if your income is ranged between 1 to 5 lacs than your fees would be around something 33000(1/3rd) and apart from that you will be having the full fees i.e 100065. Hostel and mess fees are the same for all.

Campus Life here at IIT bhu is very good we have a good campus with Greenery everywhere. We have the main library which has common hall and Reading halls where you can study from 8 am to 11 pm. Almost every type of book is provided there. Apart from that we have several fests first is KashiYatra ( cultural fest) second is technex( technical fest) and third is spardha (sports fest) all this happens on large scale apart from that we also have FMC weekend also. We have different clubs here also which help us to interact with the seniors and juniors some of them are business clubs. Photography club, coding club, e-cell, etc.
