I have got admission through management quota in B.Tech ( computer science & engineering ). You can find the application form online from the college website or you can also take admission directly from the campus. The registration fee that I have paid is 2000 rupees for my course. Overall I have had a good experience here till now.
Course Curriculum Overview
As I have completed my Diploma In Computer Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, I was looking to pursue B.Tech from any reputed university as well. After much research, I found this college at my affordable range. of the colleges that I have shortlisted for admission, BBD is far better in its academics and placements area which impressed me more. Here faculty members are also well educated and most importantly they all are helping in nature. Classes conduct here are interactive and Faculty members try to give their best to make there each student well-satisfied. class tests conduct mainly after 1-2 weeks and mid sem after 5-6 months. The level of the exam is moderate, you can easily score good marks if you attend classes regularly.
Internships Opportunities
If we talk about internship opportunities then yes I must say internship opportunities are limited it is very limited on our campus, only our top students who qualified in all rounds of examinations held by respective companies only get hired for an internship opportunity with a stipend of around 5-6k. Stipends vary as per the companies. Companies visited are Wipro, TCS, etc.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Companies that visited BBD are Amazon, TCS, InfoTech, Wipro, and many more. If we talk about the average package then it is around 3LPA. And around 40-45% of students get placed. I want to do a job after completing graduation to support my father financially.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for a Btech computer science student through lateral entry in the second year is 114500. besides that, you can also apply for a scholarship form, through a scholarship, you will get a better amount from that also. after completing the course max students (70-80%) get placed as per their qualifications and talent.
Campus Life
The annual Techno-Cultural fest of BBD is "Utkarsh" - which is organized by the BBD Group of Educational Institute (BBD NITM, BBD NIIT, BBD U, BBD EC). they conduct it very wisely and safely. Events conducted here are: cultural, fine arts, literary, informal, fashion, sports, and technical. BBD has well-stocked central and school libraries. More than 200000 books, and journals in print as well as in electronic form with an online subscription.
