Admission is done through wbjee rank. The best Rank for getting cse is 30000.CSE, ECE, and IT are the best branch. In this college tfw(tuition fees waiver) are allowed. In tfw tuition fees of the individual is not applicable.

I chose this course only because I am a Technology lover since childhood. I want to learn deeply about Computers. Faculties are well experienced, and most of them are Post graduated (M.Tech). But sometimes I feel like they have a spoken English problem as the college is in West Bengal so as a Bengali student I don't have faced any issue till now but those who are from other board often does.

The placement cell of our college is very strong. This year they have provided almost 95 % campusing. average package is almost 4 LPA. The highest package is almost 8 LPA. The main companies are TCS, Infosys, CTS, Wipro, etc.

From 7th sem companies approach students from our college. Well, it is not fixed but an average of 10-14 companies visit our college every year.The highest package is almost 8 lpa. Main companies are TCS, Infosys, CTS, Wipro etc. Among the those companies only Infosys have provided the internship and the stipend is almost 15 k/mo.

Events are celebrated is my college - Tech fest, cultural fest, independence day, republic day, Saraswati puja, etc. The main two events are tech and cultural fest. Tech and cultural fest used to celebrate for almost 7-8 days. In tech fest, there are almost 30 - 35 events competed by students. Some external students also come to our college around the country and the cultural fest comes with more fun. DJ night is very awesome.
