Remarks
There is an eligibility criteria for taking admission to the course. You have to qualify JEE MAIN exam with marks over the 92 percentile. You can find the application form on the official website of the college, the application fee is Rs 650 and the application dates are announced after the jee main 1st attempt form is filled out by students. There is a reservation benefit which is quite good here. For instance, the required rank for admission to Computer Science for general is 7k but for the obc branch, it's only 16k.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is the standard one and the faculty members are too good at teaching. Most of them are Ph.D. Holders. I always had an interest in technology that's why I chose B-Tech. The faculty: student ratio is also good here. There are two sessional exams before the semester exams mean you have to give 6 exams in a year of this course.
Placement Experience
The Campus placements are also quite high which is good. The companies which visit here are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and many others like HCL. The highest package a student got was 22 lakh per annum and the average is 10 lakh per annum offered by TCS and Infosys. About 80% of the students always get high placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fees structure is Rs 16350 for the first year including the admission fees and other charges which are quite affordable. And for the next following three years, the fee is only Rs 13350. There is a very nice scholarship available at this college. The scholarship is 50% of the tuition fee which students pay means a student will get a sum of Rs 8175 for the first year. Similarly, 50% scholarship for the next years. The campus placement is also very nice here. 60 students out of 80 students got an on-campus placement with an average of 10 lac salary.
Campus Life
Life at the campus of this college is quite good and nice the students here are quite friendly so they just play here and have fun together seniors and juniors are also quite nice with each other, they play with each other, they eat and have fun together. There is a lot of cafeterias and canteen for students to eat at affordable price and the food is also nice so it's quite good to eat at the canteens. The library is quite big and contains a lot of books and journals and it also has a reading hall with air conditioning. Many sports are played in the college like cricket football and badminton in students enjoy them a lot. Many clubs and groups are also present in the college like the society of automated mechanical engineers, and a society for civil engineers and coding enthusiasts. There are also some websites that are run by the students and son WhatsApp and telegram groups are also run by students.
