Remarks
After completing my education I got notified about the admission process to Delhi university online through the internet. I got admission to DU in the first cutoff in ARSD college, later I changed my college to Kirori Mal College which I found very suitable for my course. The admission process is very simplified but the notifications must be available through email to all the applicants.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as I want to postgraduate in chemistry and apply for a doctorate in later life. The college faculty is very helpful. The exams are conducted after 4 months after starting the semester and the teachers are sometimes not able to complete the course for students which is a major drawback. But one can pass the semester easily.
Internships Opportunities
For my course i.e. B.Sc. Chemistry Hons. there have been a few additional courses in forensic sciences and extra lectures conducted by professors of major universities around the world but nothing is known about the internships and stipend.
Fees and Financial Aid
The average yearly fee for my course is 11.5-13.5 thousand rupees for the students of the SC category which I got and is very much optimum as compared to other universities. The students who are not able to afford even this have the opportunity to sign up with the scholarships like INSPIRE scholarships.
Campus Life
Life is campus is very social and joyful. The environment is so cheering and delightful. In the past two years due to corona, there have been no annual fests so I know very less about it. The library of my college has very much space and books are available for the betterment of students. There are also various clubs and societies present in college to ensure the extracurricular development of students which later helps them in life.
Other Applied Colleges
Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Physics)
I didn't opt for this college as i was not getting the course of choice , moreover the chemistry department of KiroriMal college where i currently studying in is cosidered one of the best in DU's northcampus.
