At my time due to covid issues, all the processes were online. I got 96 percent in my 12th and I applied for this course and in the 3rd cutoff my admission was done. For this course, you have Either Pcb or Pcbm in your 12th. You can find these details on the portal of DU.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because in this course we can study all the three subjects which we have in our 12th like botany, zoology, and chemistry. All the professor's behavior and teaching method are really great. They are very helpful. The exams will be held every 4-5 months gap and according to me, it is not that tough to pass this exam 2-3 hours of study for 1 month before exams will really help to get good grades in your exams.
Internships Opportunities
For internships, a special group is created according to different courses. So every day a lot of internships provide in the group so according to your interest you can apply. According to me in your college life, you have to do a lot of internships that really will help in your future. The stipend varies from none to 30000.
Placement Experience
Every year there are a lot of companies that Hire students for different positions according to their interests and skill. From 3rd year mean from the 5th semester the placement started. Now I am in 2nd year so I don't know too much about companies' name and their packages. My plan for my future is that want a placement with a good CTC from college.
Fees and Financial Aid
About the fee, u have to pay every three years. You can find many scholarships according to your state and on a national level also NSP scholarship is a national-level scholarship that really will help you financially. On campus, you got many jobs or internship according to your interest.
Campus Life
There is a lot of fest happening on the North campus. To be honest this year nothing happened in Kirori mal college but I think next year there will a lot of fests happened in Kirori mal college also. There is a huge Library at Kirori mal college u can find all books here according to your interest. About sports activities, I can say Kirori mal college is good, many cricket tournaments, and a football tournament was held this year. There are a lot of societies you can join according to your interest like the people who are interested in the debate can join a debating society, for the people who are interested in dance can join a Sensation society so like this you can join any society.
