Internship opportunities in NSUT

The admission process of NSUT is taken on the basis of All India Rank in the exam of joint entrance exam also known as JEE Main. This exam happens across all over india and also outside India an many countries. Eligibility criteria to give the exam of jee main is that any 12th pass or appearing students from science stream can give the exam of the same. After the exam students get their AIR on the basis of their numbers relative to the other students appearing in JEE main. After that there is jac Delhi conduct a counselling total 6 round and 4 spot round to give the chance for admission in four colleges NSUT, DTU, IGDTUW and IIITD on the basis of their rank.

Electronics and communication engineering is the oldest and most reputed branch of NSUT. That's why I choose this branch. The faculty of ECE is very good and have many years of experience. Since it's the oldest branch the faculty-to-student ratio is quite good. The faculty of ECE department of our college is are qualified and have good experience of teaching and their method of teaching is well tested and quite good. Exams schedule in our college is little bit hectic. There are 2 class test mid sem and then end sem in single semester. Basically we can say that there will be a break of two week between class test to mid sem to end-sem.

Students get a chance to grab the internships opportunities in their 5th sem or in the starting of their third year. Companies like google, Microsoft, sprinkler comes in our college to give opportunities to nsut students with very good stipend. Most of companies comes here for internships are mostly tech oriented and roles offered under internships are mostly software engineering intern. So if want to get interns in these companies then your projects also should be a tech oriented project like a website design etc.

Placements is the main reason why students attracts towards NSUT. Placement of NSUT is very good. Last year 92% of the students who sits in placements got placed in their dream companies with an average package of around 17 lakh. All the famous companies or dream companies of students comes for placements like Google, amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart, etc. and many more. Last the highest package from nsut was 1.2 crore. Most of the companies visit in nsut is mostly tech oriented companies. After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. My plan is to get into a tech company like google.

The fees of NSUT is too much compared to NITs in India. First-year fees of our college is around 2 lakh and it increases every year. Compare to IIITDs fees is almost half of it. But there are many scholarships that students can get which helps in their cost of study and education loan is also easily available to nsut students by any bank since it is tier 1 college. Most of the students get the scholarships. Merit cum means scholarship provided by Delhi govt and post matric scholarship are the main scholarship which students get help by these scholarship even our college also provides the CVSPK scholarship if students didn't get MCM scholarship. So students get the financial assistance from these scholarships and loan. The placement record of our college is good. Last year 92% of the students got placed with very good stupend.

Campus life of NSUT is very good apart from academics. There are very good environment around students. There are total of 3 fests happens in our college every year. One is Moksha which happens in the month of march for 3 days. Socond one is technical fest inovision in the month of may and the third one is resonaz(cultural fest) in the month of october for 3 days. Fests days are the best days of our college. There is a central library from which student can get any book using their college id. There are also a good sports area. There aur one cricket ground, 1 football ground, 2 volleyball court, 3 basketball court, gym, sports room and 1 lawn tennis court. Nsut has many societies to keep the interests of students and create good environment around students. Some of them are ashwamedh(dramatic society), Mirage crew(dance society) etc. and many more.
