Remarks

Via WBJEE, or even direct admission. 12th 60% or else give college entrance exam JET. College website and college dekho, Management of the admissions cell of the college could be better and more polite. Overall it's good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good. Faculty members are very friendly in nature. Because I wanted to study medicine. The ratio is good as we have a good teacher and a mentor who is with us the whole tym in our help even after college. All faculty are highly qualified and, good teacher. It's easy if you are prepared.

The companies provide jobs and opportunities, For internships, we have TCS GROUP, CIPLA, and many more I have not yet witnessed any kind of project since I am from 1st year so I have no knowledge about the project.

Placement Experience

The placement is good and most trustworthy we have TCS GROUP owned by TATA GROUP. After getting my degree I have planned to take a placement in BANGALORE or out of Bengal to have an adventure. Or else a business.

Fees and Financial Aid

It's good and evenly divided, and the semester fees are not low and not high also. We have the SWAMI VIVEKANANDA SCHOLARSHIP. WHICH provides BTECH ND BPHRM near abt 600000 yearly. We have lots of companies offering placements and jobs.

Campus Life

The campus is just awesome with a lake, and playground. We have freshers in every new session and winter fest in December. We have different activities or competitions we go to different colleges and take part in any type of function.

Placement Experience:

Placement are not so good but I can confirm you that if you are good in studies then you will have a min package of 50LPA .Every pharma companies in india or out india contains our alumnis as well as you will get a polite and respectful behaviour in every company after knowing you r passed out from Iopj .

This is the oldest Pharmacy college in India

Remarks:

The college is a good college it is situated beside the district hospital and there is morgue beside it. So students will se many dead bodies been taken. This may be problem for weak heart students. But I thing for a pharmacists he/she should be able to see dead bodies.

Remarks:

Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri is the 1st Pharmacy college in Asia. This is the only one government college in West Bengal. Labs infrastructure is very poor. 100% Placement are done. Our college is very good Pharmacy college in India.
