Application form of JMI on jmi coe website You have to give JEE the main And score a decent percentile I got civil in the 89 percentile There are many reservation categories such as Muslim, Muslim women, Muslim obc, Kashmiri migrant, and PWD also I belong to the general Muslim category The admission process is a little slow here counselling process takes so much time that causes anxiety and pressure on students But at last our university is amazing it is central university with having green lush campus fulfilled with all facilities And my branch is the oldest branch of this college and faculties here are very amazing

Civil engineering is the oldest course in jmi and civil engineering has many scopes in the government sector Faculties are so experienced and mostly are From IITs. The student ratio is quite amazing here as compared to other engineering college

Yes many students of JAMIA get internship opportunities like in our branch which is civil Students get internships in AICTE and NHAI and in every branch students to get internship So if you take an interest you can find it easily

The placement of CS and ECE is quite amazing here The average package is around 11lakh per annum here for these branches and for core it is decent like an average package of 6lakh per annum College is present in Delhi so many companies visit our college so if u prepare wisely u get placed

Fees are the most important aspect in my college why students choose. Jmi is one of the cheapest engineering colleges in India The fee of BTech is 16350 for one year which is very minimal as compared to other engineering college You can find many scholarship programs here if your family income is low And in terms of placement, this college gives you an amazing return on investment

There are many clubs present here in every department they organize many events from time to time SAE, ASCE, IEEE are the clubs here From diff departments and they will arrange amazing events for students here We have our own engineering library and one central library also Classrooms are well equipped you don't have to worry about it We have our own sports complex which has a gym and indoor games facilities and have a big cricket ground

In terms of hostel accommodation, we have a problem with the hostel room shortage For girls it is okay but for boys, it is very tough to get a hostel here it is based on some criteria like the distance from your home and college and merit in exams and on that basis you will select for a hostel if you are lucky enough So in Jamia Hostel is a major problem So mainly students of Jamia took pg or flats in a near surroundings like Jamia Nagar, Okhla, Shaheen bagh, Zakir Nagar
