There will be a VITEEE entrance exam conducted by the University all over India and then we will be having some (5) phases of counseling where we can get the course desired with related fee categories according to your rank. There will be no reservation benefits applied.

I chose the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning course in Computer Science and Engineering as it was a hyped course during 2020 as the highest-paid job. But after joining the course I was interested and there is so much to explore in this domain. The faculty-to-student ratio is good and many faculty are having PhDs also some professors got PhDs from well-known universities such as IITs. The teaching of the faculty is good and the exams are conducted every 1 month. We will be having two midterms and final assessment exams for labs and theory and also quizzes and internal exams parallel throughout the semester. The question papers are moderately too hard as there will be a moderator for each course who reviews the question papers. So the difficulty of the paper is moderate to hard and there will be no direct questions asking for the definitions or formula but they are mostly application & scenario-based questions that develop our thinking towards the subject.

Many top companies will be visiting the campus for providing internship opportunities to the 3rd year students such as Google, Microsoft, etc. Students also can do research internships under professors on projects related to their branches and courses.

Many companies come to the campus providing internship opportunities for 3rd-year students and the placement offers start from the start of 4th year. Many top companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, etc. visit the campus and nearly 900 companies visit the campus. The highest package is 1.2 crores for the year 2022 and the average package is nearly 9 LPA. Nearly all students get the placements. Students also can apply for higher education but they cannot sit for placements according to placement norms.

The fee will be based on the category which we get according to our VITEEE rank and the course we get in the counseling. CATEGORY-1 : 200000, CATEGORY-2 : 300000, CATEGORY-3 : 400000, CATEGORY-4 : 450000, CATEGORY-5 : 500000. They will be providing the GVSDP scholarship based on the VITEEE rank: 1-10 ranks: 100% fee waiver, 10-50 ranks: 75% fee wavier, 51-100 ranks: 50% fee wavier, 101 - 1000 ranks: 25% fee wavier. We have to pay our full fee during the fee payment but they will return the money in February (tentative) every year. I got 39 ranks in VITEEE (the exam was not conducted that year, ranks were based on the 12th class marks and jee also has some weightage). So I was awarded a scholarship.

There will be two fests one is the technical "Techno-Vit" in (September-October) and the other is the cultural fest "Vibrance" in (February). The library is huge and there will be many journals and books related to every branch. Every classroom will be having projector for presenting and also a board to write and explain. Almost all sports are encouraged on campus and also the grounds are available for all games. The swimming pool is present and every hostel block has an indoor games room and a free gym. There is also a paid gym on campus. There are so many clubs and chapters for the students to join and engage themselves with their topics of interest.

There are AC and non-AC rooms in the hotel with different numbers of beds. 2-BED AC & NON-AC, 3-BED AC & NON-AC, 4-BED AC & NON-AC. The meals are provided by the catering companies and we are provided with options of VEG, NON-VEG & SPECIAL(VEG & NON-VEG) food types. The registration process is done on a First come first serve for the first year and the next year the hostel registration is based on the cgpa where we will be given slots to select room types and our roommates. There are many PG hostels located near the university in a 10-20 km radius.
