Remarks
Admission to Banasthali Vidyapith is open to women only. Admission is open to all women irrespective of their race, religion, caste, colour and domicile. A student admitted to Banasthali Vidyapith has to compulsory join a hostel of the Vidyapith unless the student is a ward of some worker of the Vidyapith and stays with the worker on the campus Every student seeking admission to Bansthali Vidyapith has to submit an application on the prescribed form and pays the requisite application fee by the prescribed date.
Course Curriculum Overview
They are well-qualified and are always ready to help students in any possible way. The course curriculum is relevant, and they provide daily basis practicals and classes, which helps a lot and makes student industry ready. The teachers are very helpful, and knowledgeable and have maximum teaching experience and have PhD in more than two subjects. Some of the teachers are the best in their subjects, but some are forced to teach a particular subject which makes it difficult to understand it.
Internships Opportunities
In Banasthali, two types of internships are offered- Two months summer internship for 3rd-year students. It is not compulsory for all students. This internship is very competitive to crack and companies like Goldman Sachs, Oracle, Google, Flipkart and etc come for their on-campus 2 months internship process. The stipend ranges from 20,000-100000 depending on the company and the role offered by it. 6 months internship opportunity for 4th-year students. It is a part of their curriculum and it may be paid or may not be. It all depends on the company and its work type.
Placement Experience
Banasthali Vidyapith is one of the best universities for campus placements. Most of the students get placed in college during their academic year. This year many reputed companies like Cisco, Goldman Sachs, Flipkart, Sandisk, etc have visited here for campus placements. These companies offer various salary packages ranging from 4LPA to 24LPA this year, and many more companies are yet to visit.
Fees and Financial Aid
In the previous batch, around 95% of the students of CS and IT are placed with a decent salary package with different job roles like software engineer, consultant, etc. Still, companies are coming for the recruitment process. So overall placements are good in banasthali.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of Banasthali is good. There is a central library with lacs of books. Moreover, every department has its own department library. The classrooms and labs are good and are also internet labs for students. The main speciality of Banasthali Vidyapith is its five-fold education, which encourages girls for their complete personality development, which includes free activities like swimming, horse riding, yoga, shooting, dancing, singing and different types of sports, etc. Hostels have all facilities needed for us. The food served is also good.
Hostel Facilities
hostel and hostel life is the best thing about Banasthali University. It teaches you a lot and gives you a bond that lasts forever. Security is really strict and top-notch. There are 45+ hostels in banasthali. Separate hostel for each department and course.
