You have to qualify for WBJEE OR JEE MAINS to take admission and also get a good rank in Wbjee for the CSE course. Application is available on the main site of WBJEE and dates are also updated there. There are reservation benefits for West Bengal students. For more details, you can check the WBJEE.
Course Curriculum Overview
Day by day the IT sector is growing and I also have an interest in programming so that's why I take CSE. There are more than 100 professors and in the CSE department, there are 190 students. Qualifications of the Faculty are PhD and Mtech. Due to covid, our exams are shortly late but after this, it will always be on time.
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies who offer us internships in during our college such companies are Internshala, etc, and many companies like this. You can also make projects and execute and Their outcomes also help us in our placement time.
Placement Experience
After the third-year students are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies that visited our college like TCS, WIPRO, Infosys, and many other tech companies. Till now the highest package offer is 29 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 4 lakhs per annum. About 80 to 85 per cent of students get placed during campus placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee of BTech is about 4.5 lakhs for 4 yrs. There are many scholarships like SVMCM, NSP, JIS SCHOLARSHIP etc and also for ST/SC and OBC (OASIS). Most of the students get jobs on-campus selection. If you are a good student then you get a good package.
Campus Life
Every year our college conducts an annual fest and tech fest. In our library, There are more than 96k books available. Our college also conducts annual sports. There are various types of sports. There are many groups in our college like the tech club, Radobiz club, etc.
