Overall good management is there in the college and a student senate is also there for the students to raise their issues to college management.

I got admission through WBJEE. Rank-1100.I chose this college due to its good reputation and good placement record.

Course curriculum takes into account the need for industries as well as provides insight for research also. Students are allowed to do project with the professors if interested.Course curriculum is spread over 8 semesters dealing with every detail required in the discipline.

Yes, my college provide internship.It provides both summer internship as well as winter internship for students. I don't know the exact amount of stipend provided but it is a decent one.

Placement and job opportunities are wonderful. Many reputed companies come and visit the campus such as Coal India Limited, Microsoft, Vedanta, Amazon, Directi, Maruti Suzuki, Britannia offering packages ranging from 4.5 lpa to 30 lpa. Many other big companies visit but its not possible to name them all. Apart from these companies mass recruiters also visit these companies.

Our college has one techno management fest namely INSTRUO which boasts participation from more than 50 colleges.Apart from that each department holds its own technical fest. One cultural fest is also there known as REBECA which is the biggest cultural fest of Kolkata.

My tuition fee is ₹ 35000 per Semester. Apart from it Mess fee is around ₹ 3500 per month. Then a sum of around ₹ 5000 is for infrastructure and other miscellaneous per semester.Overall it is feasible. If one cannot pay the fee then there are banks within the campus which provide loan. Also scholarship is also provided to meritorious cum poor students.

Current admission process is through JEE Main which attracts students from all across India so there is good diversity in the college. A lot of clubs are there in the college in which students can indulge themselves in such as debate , robotics, photography, music, sports.

Upto second year Rooms are shared between four students. Each student is provided with his own table, bed , locker. From 3rd year onwards, single bed rooms are provided. Mess food quality is very good and it is managed by students themselves. Hostel rent is nominal with mere ₹ 1900 per Semester.

Most of the infrastructure of the college is built by the help of alumni themselves. They are also helpful in reaching out to industries for the students.

In each semester there will be one mid term and one end term apart from class tests and assignments.There will be 3 to 4 labs each semester each having one lab class every week. These things will keep you busy the whole semester.You can get your free time at weekends.

I got admission through WBJEE. Admission form was available through online portal. College and course was allocated through online counseling in three rounds.Students are allowed to lock their option at any stage of counseling. Documents are verified at the verification centre allocated.

Almost all the faculties are Ph.D with more than 15 years of experience and they have also worked in the industries. They also indulge in many research and design solutions for industries as well. They are in regular contact with the industries.There are more than 10 professors in my discipline.
