good college

there are many good things in college that it provides one of the best sports opportunity to the students than any other college in Mumbai that is the best part of the college which i really like.the sports faculties are also very experienced and they train the students very well. and regarding the study the college is very good as i already told that faculties are very supportive .

i have given MH-CET exam and i had scored 130 marks. this college is an autonomous college which has its own rules and regulations and the i heard that placements in this college are quite good so i have taken admission in this college.

The course is good .there are various committees in college which support the research work related to course. even there is another committee called startup cell, Where one can talk about his/her research and startups and they will help economically or they will give ideas about that particular start-up kind of thing.so these thing re good from research kind of thing.and the best thing i like about this college is that they really care talent and if you hace talent then i think this college is very helpful for you

yes it does provides internship.There are various companies such as mahindra tata and many more.they gives internship opportunities to the students.internship is mainly starts from second year as many companies do not provide internship to the first year students.

placements opportunities are quite good as compared to the other colleges out the which follow Mumbai University.this college ,VJTI college Sardar patel college these are some colleges which are known for best campus placement.many companies such as Accenture , mahindra , larsen and turbo.and IT companies such as Microsoft , Infosys are the common reqiters.they provide package of about 8-10 lakhs per annum.

there are many festivals celebrated in the college aut of which.the technical festival ABHIYANTRIKI and the cultural festival SYMPHONY are the best one.There is another sports festival called SHIELD in which there is various sports competition between all the branches of the college. all of the above festivals occur for about 1 week.

from my point of view quite expensive I would say because the fees is about 1.5 lakh. but the best part is that the college provides various scholarship which reduces the feed of about 70-80%. so these things make it good and quite inexpensive from expensive.

There are various scholarships which are provided by college officially and various scholarships are unofficially also that is they are provided by private companies.They provide scholarships​ on the basis of entrance exams which you have given in order to take admission in the college

the campus is very huge and it is one of the biggest campus bearing college.It has many colleges other than engineering college such as management college, Junior college for science, Junior college for commerce and arts.It has many ground i.e basketball ground, lawn tennis ground, cricket ground, football ground, running track.

i have never been in the college hostel as my home is nearer to the college but i have heard that college hostel is good. but the hostel is not that big so many students do not get there room in the hostel and tgey have to go to another hostel outside the college. and about mess food i would say that it is best. mess allows the students other than hostel to eat food by paying money i.e 50rs per plate and you can enjoy unlimited food in 50 rs. and regarding the food quality it is very good and hygenic.

honestly speaking i have never interacted with any of the alumni but i have interacted with the seniors who are in third or fourth year. they are very supportive like if you have any kind of doubt about the academics or about the exams related things then they really help out.

exam are frequent and good but the labs and workshops are quite hectic but the teachers there in the lab are very helpful.they help out every student fir any kind of difficulty.regarding the instrument in the lab they are new and good working.during exam time faculties posses very strict behaviour.

I had filled the DTE online form and i had given 3,4 preference to this college and i got my name in the list .so basically i had taken admission through CAP process.first i had filled the form and then i got message in my phone saying that you are sortlisted in somaiya college of engineering.The next day i had gone to the college and submitted all the required documents and payed the fees in the form of demand draft and got admitted.

The faculties are best I would say.they are qualified (most of them are phd.)all the faculties are highly experienced about 20-30 years of experience.faculties are very caring and supportive, the doubt solving abilities of faculty are best i would say.and from teaching point of view they are really very best propper communication skills and guidance are the salient features of the faculties.
