The selection was through WBJEE counseling. Application details are available on the official website of Sister Nivedita University. Students who did not appear for JEE or WBJEE, they'd to sit for the College entrance, known as SNU-CET.

I'd keen interest in B.tech CSE and the college has a helpful and impacts full faculty to help us achieve our dreams! Teacher to student ratio is 1:20. The faculty members for the Course and highly qualified, with some of them being researchers, book writers, and start-up founders. The teaching method is really impacted fully as mentors focus on practical knowledge rather than merely theoretical knowledge. The college has a healthy competitive environment that always encourages us to touch new benchmarks! Per sem 2 exams are held in the form of Mid sem and End sem along with the regular continuous assessments during normal class hours.

Amazon and other companies like Virtusa, Oddessa, and Red hat, have given internship opportunities to students in 3rd year to work on real-life projects with a monthly stipend of around 30,000 per month.

Students become eligible for placement right from the 5th sem. The companies who've come to recruit students include Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, Virtusa, Accenture, Deloitte, Odessa, Intel, etc. Google is yet to come! 2022 was the 1st yr of placements since the college had started in 2017-2018, and yet being a new college, this year itself SNU has given 100% placements with an average package of 8LPA and the highest package of 32LPA.

The total course fee is 6,20,000 rupees for 4 yrs. Students are given scholarships on the basis of their merit and some on their sports quota. Companies like Amazon, Meta, Virtusa, Accenture, and many more have recruited students from my University.

Tech fests and annual fests are held every year! Annual fests are held every yr in December while the tech fests' months vary. All the course books and other study materials are available in the library and there's absolutely no need to buy books from outside. Classrooms are very big with an accommodation of 65 students and each classroom is provided with Projectors. Ac's are not yet installed. There are many tech groups in college where the students cam Code, compete and make themselves future ready. The groups include the GeeksforGeeks Snu chapter, the CodeChef SNU chapter, GDG snu, and many more!
