About my college

Bad remarks......NO I'm Really comfortable with my college . I found beautiful career and wonderful friends and seniors , teaching faculty etc.., This was my best choice in my life i think so.. Thank you so much to you .. Because you made me to think about my beautiful 1st year life and i recall my wonderful memories once again.. Thank you...

JEE mains Mains score :128/360 IPE score : 985 For this college placements are quite good. And this was my 13th option in list. Area is large. And other facilities and faculty are good.

My course is B.tech and my Department is Electrical. In Rourkela there is 'no' EEE that means Electrical and Electronics. There is only EE (Electrical Engineering). Saying frankly that I don't know complete about this. But It is good. Many people came to our college for internship and research.

Yes, I know that my college provide internship but i don't know clearly about that. Most of my 3rd year seniors are be there in my college for internship. I think and hope it is better for internship.

Placements are in top level. My college is in 7th position in overall Indian best college list . It is second NIT next to NIT tricky in the top NIT list. Placements and job opportunities are good. Highest package is i think 27 lakhs and lowest package is 6 to 7 lakhs.

1st event i was attended in my college is Insti freshers. Of course it is common in every college. 2. Multy ethnic Festival(cultural Festival) 3. Innovision(Technical Festival) 4. Nitrustav( Technical and Cultural Festival) I participated in Multi ethnic and Innovision fests. And I got certificates in them. They are so big and students from other NIT and IITs are also participated in them.

Fee structure is feasible because it is based on Annual family income. If family income is ; Below 1 lakh - 77,000 / annum Between 1 lakh and 5 lakhs - i think around 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh/ annum Above 5 lakhs - it is nearly 2 lakhs/ annum My family income is less than 1 lakh that's why I paid 77,000 for 1st year

Yes, Scholarship and educational loan is also offered by our college. Scholarship like FFE ( Foundation For Excellence) And scholarship based on CGPA in semester. And education loan is also offered by the Institute bank. Yeah... I got FFE scholarship in this academic year . I got 78000 money from that wonderful trust. I really thank my college and that trust for helping me.

This was my first hostel life . And my campus life damn cool. There is no such type of violence or anything ..my first year life is passed neatly with out any disturbance. Well come to gender ratio it is around 1:2 girls and boys respectively. Student parties and night parties are Going to happen but they are clear and safe. There is no disturbance regarding this. Extra curriculum activities are also there and sports, competitions are also held in my college to encourage the student skills.

Hostels are very nice and so comfortable. I will give 10 for the hostel facilities . But regarding to mess food it is not so good in my hall of residence. But i heard that food is good in other halls. There are around 10 halls of residence in our college.

Alumni network is good. And my seniors too good and nice people. They are so helpful. My 2nd year's and 3rd year's and final year seniors are very helpful to me in any case. They always told about studies and placements and career. I was blessed to get seniors like them.

Exams and Labs....... Labs are on 4 days in a week. Monday to Friday are working days in a week. In those five days 4 half are lab sessions. I enjoyed every lab session. It is interesting and we enjoyed the work. On the other hand, Exams .. ,Exams also good. In exams time we were prepared together and discuss the topics. In exam hall it is quite calm and There was No disturbance .

Actually... In 1st round i got seat in Raipur NIT in EEE branch.Then for Certificate verification I went to Vijayawada and complete my certificate verification process and I just continued to my 2nd counseling that means for 2nd round. In that round I got seat in NIT Rourkela EE branch.Till last round it was like that. Finally I got seat in this college and i think i will find my better future hear..

Our faculty was damn perfect. Many of my professors are Doctorates and Assistant Professors also are good in teaching. They are all experienced Faculty. In my completed 1st year I saw many professors. Among them one is my HOD (Head of the Department) i.e., Electrical.He is perfect in teaching.
