Remarks

Admission through JEE Mains. Seats are reserved for GEN-EWS, SC, ST, and OBC. Fees are 16000 for income less than 1lakhs, 37000-40000 for income between 1-5 lakhs and approx 80000 for income more than 5 lakhs per semester.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I love electronics, and the faculty is very good they offer dsa course also in the course curriculum which helps in getting placement in tech companies. Midterms are held in 1 and half months and end term 4 months. exams are not difficult in 1st year after it becomes a little bit tough. Most of the faculties are from top IITs and foreign universities.

Internships Opportunities

Tech companies like Deshaw, Adobe, Walmart, Amazon etc comes in internships and as they are big companies they will offer good stipend up to 80000-100000/month. If the internship is to be done in tech companies then one needs to know about dsa and should have good coding skills.

Placement Experience

After 4 sem many companies core and non-core offer internships with a high stipend. More than 150 companies come for placements. Almost 90 per cent of students get placed. Talking about ECE highest placement is 64lakhs and an average 15lakhs

Fees and Financial Aid

As already mentioned fees are different for different categories based on their family income Less than 1 lakhs/annum fees will be 16000/sem 1-5 lakhs->37000-40000/sem >5 lakhs->80000/sem All national and state scholarships are available for an application like Central sector scholarships for college and university students, up scholarships etc

Campus Life

The biggest annual fest is blitzshlag and the tech fest is a sphinx. Semester books are available in the book bank in the library. Sport faculty is also very good Our teams won many gold medals in inter NIT tournament

Hostel Facilities

Room facilities are an awesome high-speed internet connection, lighting, all are best. Food quality in the mess is above average and the menu is different for different weeks Hostel registration is done at the time of the admission process.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent.
