Things sometimes I don't like are the quality of food we get in college campus. I am not at all satisfied by the quality and also very less variety is available.

I took GATE 2015 and scored 26 marks out of 100 which confirmed my admission in 1st round itself in such a renown institute. The course I opted for is very well known from this institute which gave me this option at top priority.

Being autonomous institute they have their own designed syllabus. Every content is designed very accurately and very detailed. Present content of syllabus is designed according to current scenario and needs of market. Every small things required to get acknowledged are explained and included in the syllabus. All the theory and practicals are designed in a very nice and proper way.

Our college has different cell called as Training and Placement cell. This cell takes care of our placements and training and internship as well. This cell is constantly in contact with the industries and organisations which needs placements and interns for their company which benefits them and for us as well.

All the departments are connected with the cell and gets updates constantly as per the requirements of organizations.

Various cultural, sports , technical etc. events are held in college frequently in the campus. Technical events such as conferences, trainings, interactions with industrialists and company representatives are held many times in a academic year. Sport events are very much supported by college. Various grounds and facilities are also been made available to us all and when required. Cultural practices and events are also held each year which are completely managed and organised by students only.

Fee structure is quite expensive for us. But if we see the scholarships and stipends are made available to us by college and government, nullifies the fee and other expenses too. If we don't get government scholarships we can apply for TEQIP scheme and we will be granted according to the scores we got in our academic exams.

Campus life is not so good. Infrastructure are old and not maintained well to the expectations. Very much diversity is there about religious and regional wise. So we get people to interact with from all over the Maharashtra. Extracurricular activities are also sponsored and supported by college which are enjoyed a lot by us.

Hostel and mess facilities are not satisfactory. But if we see the private mess and tiffin we get in our colleges from outside are way good than college mess. Also number of private mess are available which enables us to choose through variety of foods . Accommodations available outside the campus are also not located far away from college and also of good quality.

Senior students are very helpful in every way and available any tie to help and guide us. All events are managed by senior students with the major contribution from all juniors. Alumni are still in contact with the college and helps in every possible way they can to us. Taking an example of our departments, very well known and knowledged and experienced faculties we have who are already retired from the college but still like to guide us

Exams are held semester wise and each semester has got 4 different examinations to make total of 100 marks we need to face exams. After theory papers get over we appear for orals and practical based on studies we did in whole semester. We don't get preparatory leaves as such as those of other private institutes. So in regular ant continual schedule our exams are held which makes us constantly practicing and being in touch with the curriculum.

I followed the procedure of Centralised Admission Process. first we need to do registration and after all the details are confirmed then we are allowed to give our own preferences of colleges and courses. after this filling is over then list of allotments is declared online and we are supposed to finalise our admission. if we are not satisfied then we can participate in next round also by floating in 1st round. likewise 3 rounds online are performed and 4th is of offline counselling if we didn't get or not wished to have admissions in previous. 4th round is held according to the vacancies in first 3 rounds.

All faculty are very old means experienced and well knowledge. They have higher degrees from well known institutes like IIT's and IISC's. They regularly attend any latest workshop and training in order to improve their knowledge . Which helps us to get acquainted with latest things all over. I will not comment on their personal behaviour, but our interactions with them will always benefit us a lot .
