In my college, all the teaching methods are modern and not outdated at all. They are using digital boards for teaching & presentations. Time to time Seminars and webinars are arranged by college to keep students update according to the market trends. Advanced tools and courses for students personality development. Exams are scheduled in such a manner students gets time to prepare for exams.

Campus Placements are available in my college and probably students get it in third year (i. e. 5th or 6th semester). Most of the students gets placed in the company where they worked as intern. Which is PPO(pre placement offer). Companies visits to our college for placements are Seimens, Nvidia, Microsoft, Google, TATA, Mahindra, Snider and many more. Highest package offered till date is 52LPA. 80% students gets placed on campus. My plan after degree is to work as employ & then start own startup.

Campus life of in my college is awesome. Including fresh & pollution free air, open spaces for all the sports, spacious ground, table tennis and badminton court are also available & well equipped separate Gyms for boys and girls. Our college have a really big library with variety of books which are accessible to all the students of college with their ID cards. Classrooms are well equipped with digital boards & proper lighting and ventilation. Students are always encouraged by college to participate in sports & college is providing so many facilities for the same. Number of clubs are available in the college which have their own specialities like some clubs for art, some for technical activities, some for personality development, some for social responsibilities, & each department has their own departmental clubs.

I wanted to take admission in Walchand college of engineering, sangli only and luckily got the same. I didn't apply for any other colleges, my first preference was Walchand college of engineering sangli. In this college, admission is done on the basic of JEE & MHT CET score through CAP process only.

All the faculties are very friendly with students and always ready to help students in their academic activities. Sufficient number of facilities are available for each and every subject. Name of the some faculties I like Dr. Madhale sir, Dr. B. N. Jamadar sir, Miss. Sabina Jamadar mam. I like teaching and friendly behaviour of these faculties very much. About exams there are three exams in each semester namely Mid semester examination, In-semester evaluation & End semester examination. Mid-Sem Examination is of 30 marks, In sem examination of 20 marks, End sem examination of 50 marks. Total marks for each subject - 100 To pass in a subject a student must get at least 20 marks in End semester examination & at least 40 marks out of 100. I.e midsem+insem+endsem=>40 marks. Almost 90% students clear/ pass in all subject in a semester. Syllabus/course content is well designed according to the NEP 2020.

Not much tourist places are there near college but you can fully enjoy night life inside the campus only. Locality is safe to roam around at night. Some cafes, restaurants, movie theater & temples are available to near to the college. In timing for hostel is 9AM strictly. It's not allowed for girls to stay in PG's or plats but it's allowed for boys.
