Best placement college

For the MBA program, the candidates must possess a valid score in OJEE or CAT/MAT/CMAT. A majority (85%) of the students are selected through OJEE, rest (15%) of the students are selected through other national-level entrance exams. It is the only institute under BPUT to fill up 100% of intake through OJEE. For the Integrated MBA program, admission will solely be granted based on the candidate’s performance in the OJEE exam.

The course was new and lucrative. Rather than doing BBA and MBA separately from different colleges, it is a better option to choose an integrated course as the learning and experience curve is higher and the curriculum is deep. The faculty: student ratio is 1:40. All the faculties are at least Ph.D. qualified or pursuing their Ph.D. They all have teaching and corporate experience ranging from 8-25 years. The teaching method is the point that stands out. the teaching includes all kinds of activities and practical and theoretical experience. The exams are held very timely and delay is nearly never seen. There is not going to be any difficulty in passing them as the teachers and management ensure that the students are well-prepared.

Various companies visit the college for ample offers. The internship ranges from 15 days to 3 months duration depending upon the job requirement. A few of the companies are Flipkart, Sundaram Finance, Blitz jobs, etc. Usually, the companies offer stipends of around 3000 per month based on the work done. The internships are a complete blend of practical experience trained and work. The faculties also help us in times of difficulty. The internships are based on specialization- HR, Finance, Marketing, or Operations or Research.

The placements are the best highlight of the college. Out of the 10 semesters, from the 9th semester, students are eligible for placements. Some of the common companies are ICICI Bank, Ultratech Cement, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Byjus, Reliance retail, Jaguar, Aditya Birla Retail, Flipkart, and 45 others. A total offers of 175 were made. Highest package- 12 lakhs CTC from Byjus. Average package- 5 lakhs CTC from Flipkart, Asian Paints. The placement percentage is above 95%. My plan after getting the degree is to get a good placement from the college.

If you compare the fee structure of my college to another similar college the fee structure is average according to the benefits it provided. No other college will provide that much benefit to its students for this average fee college provides 100% campus facility to each student along with an internship. one can apply for government scholarships.

Campus life was extremely good in my point of view and the gender ratio was mostly 60 male/40 female in college. There are lots of extracurricular activities which help students to participate and show their talents.

BIITM is a very good college. Placements: I got placed in GD Research Centre. Our college provides the best placements for every student.Placement Experience : Our placement is very good between our tier colleges we are getting more than 2 to 3 offers if we can crack.
