A good rank with West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination cut-off - approx 11000 general rank and reservation benefits for SC, ST, and OBC are available during the counselling process. Another process to get into this college is decentralized counselling, which is held by the college after centralized counselling. The admission process is very good.

I want to learn Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) because of my interest in coding, as it has a huge demand in terms of job opportunities as per the current circumstances. The faculties are good and the faculty members are also very helpful. There are 120 to 150 students ( 50 to 60 students in each classroom) and approx 15 teachers are there in each department. The teachers are highly qualified and they had completed their M.Tech degrees also few of them complete their Ph.D. degrees from IITs and other universities. In the covid pandemic situation, online classes were also done here. All total there are 4 internal exams, 2 practical exams, and one-semester exam. The exam pattern of the semester is a little bit tough.

The 7th-semester students are eligible for campusing. There are a lot of companies visited liked Amazon, HCL, WIPRO, Cognizant, Nagarro, etc come in our college. The average package is 8.5 LPA. 70% of students get their placement. My priority is to get an on-campus placement.

According to each semester's fee structure - 45500 (for CSE &ECE) and 35400 (for ME, CE & EE). College sends us ua notice in our google classroom in which students get financial assistance. In the SVMCM or OASIS scholarship, semester fees have been provided by govt.

We have a big and awesome campus. In our college, an annual tech fest happens every year. Annual sports(Football, Cricket, Badminton) happen every year. Our college has a huge playground, a big library, a swimming pool, and social groups.

Basic facilities are provided by the college. In the girl's hostel, 2 bedded rooms, 3 bedded rooms and 4 bedded rooms are available. In the boy's hostel, single bedded room, 2 bedded room, 3 bedded room, 4 bedded room and 5 bedded room areavailablee. One room is set for a student(in the boys' hostel) or for 2 students(in a girls' hostel) where he or she lives. Breakfast, lunch(veg/non-veg), snacks, and dinner(veg/non-veg) are also provided by the college, as well as other facilities such as Wi-Fi and laundry.
