Remarks
There are so many processes to take admission to this college. For an engineering B.tech 4-year course you have to clear JEE entrance exam with a good rank. For M.tech you have to score a good mark in B.tech or you have to clear the GATE Entrance exam with a good rank Lastly you can join through spot admission. The faculties are really good they help you in the admission process. In the year 2017, I take admitted to Electronics and telecommunication. At that time the course fees they take as 85000. They provide loan facilities. You can pay your admission fees in instalments also. They provide scholarship facilities for meritorious students, Mostly they provide Only SC, ST & OBC students. If you want to pay your fees by scholarship amount then you can. All course fees are varries because of course and class strength. They provide all types of Masters's courses like MBA, MCA, and M.phil. For TFW students reservation is available and for them, the fees will be less. For the Entrance exam, all forms are available on websites.
Course Curriculum Overview
I joined in Electronics and telecommunication engineering. The faculties are the best and most knowledgeable. The avarage num of faculties are having 10-15 years of experience. They provide study materials regarding exams. They also help us with the Gate entrance exam. For the Gate exam, they provide extra coaching. Every weekend they provide doubt-clearing classes. The lecturers are qualified in M.tech and Some of them are qualified in PhD.
Internships Opportunities
Most electronics companies like OPTCL companies provide internships. For CSE students many service-based companies like TCS, Wipro, LTI provide internships and jobs. The university also provides internship opportunities
Placement Experience
They provide placement support for both final and pre-final year students. Companies like byjus, Deloitte, and TCS are coming for placement drives. The college avarage package is 7 lpa from my department 50% to 60% of students get placed in core companies like L&T, and Vedanta.
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fees are like ok ok not so high. They also provide a government Scholarship whose name is "Prerana" you can apply on the State scholarship portal website. If you are a meritorious student then the university also provides all types of financial support.
Campus Life
There are so many clubs like cultural, Dance, Music social club, Planting trees club all clubs are available. There are so many playgrounds like basketball grounds, Volleyball ground present inside the campus, The campus is full of crowds. There is 1 library is present where you can find 100000+ books, and journals. The labs are air conditioning rooms.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is neat and clean. They provide a hostel for both boys and girls. The hostel fees for ug student is 14000 and 15000 for pg student, The food quality is acceptable, They provide 3 days nonveg and other 4 days they provide veg, The campus is totally wi-fi campus. The rooms are 2 to 3 sharing with study table. The hall is very big where all students can eat at a time. The security is very strict and the campus is under CCTV surveillance.
