Admission is done on basis of WBJEE & JEE Results. Anyone who managed to score well in Any of the exams given above is shortlisted for counselling, interested students can fill in the name of this college and can reserve their seats.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose ECE because it provides opportunities for placement in both Core as well as IT Sections. Faculty to Student ratio is quite good as compared to other colleges in west Bengal. All the faculty is well qualified and friendly in nature. Exams are not much hard to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are provided by the college to 3rd or 4th-year students. Interested students can apply on 1st and 2nd year also on their own, the college will consider their leave. Final-year students need to submit the main project in the last semester which may be a core or a software-based project or a mixture of both.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placement after the 6th semester. A lot of companies come and select students on the basis of their merits and almost 90% of students get placed. Highest package from our dept. Goes up to 12Lpa and avg package is 4Lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is moderate, not much as compared to other colleges in West Bengal. Anyone who belongs to an average-income family can manage to study at our college as it is not much expensive. Some scholarship facility is also available for students of their respective states only.
Campus Life
One will enjoy 3 or 4 years of life in college, that is for sure. We have an Annual fest every year which lasts for 2 days. A resourceful library is there where almost all books related to the curriculum are available. Classrooms are well equipped and all kinds of sports take place as we have a large size ground. A lot of clubs are also there for students.
