Remarks

You have to give the entrance exam like wbjee or jee for admission to our college, Application form should be found in the college Admission sector, they provide you with all the details to take admission and all the fees structure also, you should do the fee paid through both online and offline mode both the modes are available. Yes, I need improvement in the admission process because there we have to wait a lot of time to take admission, so more staff members are required to do it faster.

My Course is Btech in Information Technology all the faculties members are quite impressive they are highly qualified all are Ph.D. Holders are always ready to solve our queries and they also give us extra classes.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is both online and offline mode we have to pay 4 lakh 10 thousand for 4 years but from this year fees should be 5 lacs 20 thousand there are various types of scholarships also but only for Bengal students.

Campus Life

Life on Campus is very good there are very big grounds and various types of games are also available, there is also a gym on our college campus, the Timing of the gym is different for both boys and girls two shifts are there.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
