Remarks
I took admission in NSUT New Delhi, on the basis of my Jee main rank. I was successful in getting into the Computer Science branch since my rank was 7713 (AIR) through JAC (counseling and admission site for getting to Delhi-based colleges like IIIT-D, DTU, DSEU, etc). The application form is available on JAC (Joint admission counseling) site. Reservation is definitely helpful since the student gets the preferred branch at a higher rank but I was under no reservation and made my admission completely myself.
Course Curriculum Overview
From the very beginning, I was interested in computers and related work so I opt for the Computer Science branch. Student and teacher ratio is up to the mark and no shortage of teachers is there. The faculty member is well-qualified with a Ph.D. degree. In NSUT exams are regularly conducted for student evaluation. Class tests 1,2, mid-term, practical, and end-term are conducted.
Placement Experience
Our campus placements are very good. A proper cgpa has to be maintained and one gets easily placed. TNP of our college regularly informs students about such opportunities and placement success in the cs branch is 90%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of NSUT is just like other engineering college and do not exceed them. Several scholarship opportunities are available like students belonging to the economic section, SC, STs, etc. The toppers are also provided with scholarships.
Campus Life
College life is very remarkable at NSUT. The students are engaged in many societies and the campus is also very enthralling. Seniors are cooperative. All study plus extra general knowledge books are available in the library. Various inter-intra sports and cultural activities are organized regularly.
