Remarks
Admission into NSUT is through jee mains. Students in their class 12th and drop year students can apply for jee mains exam. Counseling for seats in NSUT is done on the JAC Delhi portal. The counseling process begins once all attempts of mains are done and all India ranks have been declared.
Course Curriculum Overview
In computer science engineering the course curriculum is very well designed keeping in mind all aspects that revolve around the subjects. From mathematics to electronics to core software subjects all are taught. Faculty have in-depth knowledge of the subjects and are very cooperative.
Internships Opportunities
Internship season begins in the 5th semester. A number of companies visiting and hiring is comparatively less than placements. Big tech giants and companies do hire during the season. The task of getting is a bit tough but can be done.
Placement Experience
Placement season usually begins in the 7th semester which is the beginning of the 4th year. All top companies visit the campus roughly 200 companies with multiple offers. Percentage-wise most of the students get placed through on-campus placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is NSUT is the same as other government engineering colleges. On average yearly fees would stand around 2-3 lakhs. Scholarship programs are available which the students can avail of if needed.
Campus Life
Campus life is excellent, we have exorbitant fests, an annual fest that is moksha, and a tech fest that is resonant. The library holds a vast array of books in good numbers which the student can avail as and when needed. The new lecture hall complex that is APJ lecture halls is fully digital with world-class amenities. We have a large sports complex and students can play any sport they wish to including cricket, football, badminton, tennis, basketball, table tennis, and gym also. There any many societies in which the students can be part.
