Great choice for psychology is Amity

A student must score 60% in 10+2 and from a recognized education board. The admission form is available on the amity website and costs around 1200/-. Then you have to give an eligibility test with basic questions like English, MAT, etc. Then you have to go for an interview and it's done.

I choose this course as I want to Pursue it from the beginning and I aim to be a psychologist. The faculty-student ratio is well maintained. Faculties are well-qualified and won't let you down in your studies. PPTs, Experiments, and many more things are there which will help a student to gain knowledge of a subject in every possible way. Exams and practicals are well conducted and If you have studied you will pass your exams easily.

I got an internship at the max hospital as an intern with 0 stipends. We have to study cases and make reports on them. And then we have to submit that report to the college for external viva. We get maximum knowledge from this opportunity.

6th semester onwards you are eligible for placements. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Fortis Hospital, Apollo Hospitals several NGOs will be there for placements. For BA Hons applied psychology maximum package goes to 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is low as students want to go for higher studies. I will be going for a master's in psychology after completing my bachelor's.

Fees will be increased by 3500/- every year, Ex. 1-year fees would be 70000/- for each semester, Next year it would be 73500/- for each semester, and the Third year would be 77000/- for each semester. There are 2 types of scholarship- If your parents are martyrs in the army then you'll get up to 100% scholarship and If you achieve good marks in your class section the scholarship will be around 5% to 10%.

There are many fests that take place at the university. One is the amity youth fest which is the biggest fest and is held in the month of October-November. The library is full of every need you want for your studies. You'll get ac classes with a projection facility. The tables and chairs are proper. The class is very spacious. There are different groups that students can join for any activities or sports like football, Drama, Dance, Shooting, etc.
