Remarks

For NSUT admission for B.Tech, Candidates can apply online through the official application portal of the University. However, candidates must also apply at the official conducting website of the relevant entrance examination The minimum percentage of 5 subjects of class 12th should be 60%. You should have Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as the main Subjects. There are no age criteria. The application fee requires to be paid during the application form is General/OBC -- 1000, SC/ST/PWD -- 500 Reservation Benefits: 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi region students and 15% for students outside Delhi. 15% of seats for SC and 7.5% seats for ST whereas 27% is for OBC.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Mathematics and Computing. More formally, I selected this branch. This course is a combination of Computer Science(70%) and Mathematics(30%). This branch belongs to Computer Science Department. Qualification of faculty: Most of the teachers are doing their Ph.D. and during their Ph.D., they teach us. Only a few teachers have Ph.D. degrees. The teachers are very good and cooperative. The pattern of the Exam: In each semester, there are two class tests, one mid sem(25 Marks) and one End sem(50 Marks). The level of difficulty is medium.

Fees and Financial Aid

If student admission is done in 2020. Then, 1st-year fees are: 1,90,000, 2nd-year fees are: 2,06,000, 3rd-year fees are: 2,19,000, 4th-year fees are: 2,27,000. Scholarships: Merit cum means Scholarship(SC/ST/OBC/GENERAL), CVSPK, NSP(ST/SC/OBC).

Campus Life

The two most popular fest in NSUT is MOKSHA and Resonanz. One big library is also available in NSUT. All books and journals are available. There is a huge space for study, wifi also available. classrooms are well maintained and a charging option is also available fully Wi-Fi campus and also classrooms.

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

The placement status of the college is nice but specially the older status was amazing and the seniors told me that this year was the recession time so the placement was not so good but it will be good with time

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.

Nsut college life

NSUT review 2024 intake

this wasa my top priority as its just 25 mins away from my home,and also cuz its one of the most reputed college in delhi for branches like CSE, IT and ECE. while comparing NSUT with DTU, both have similar reputation in delhi and strong alumni network. but DTU's campus is slightly bigger than NSUT, whereas NSUT is sometimes perceived as slightly more academically rigorous in certain branches....Read More

NSUT through the eye of a student

I gave jee main exam and sat on jac Delhi counselling. There were 3 college option for boys NSUT,DTU and IIIT Delhi .
