Through this course, the students understands and learn the art of managing people by expressing the right philosophies and applying the skill sets in all the areas of the problems. They are given a lot of hard training to be able to think logically as well as critically and have a clear argumentative writing skills, careful reading skills and analyze texts and oral arguments. They also learn to apply these skills in their day to day life to improve the living conditions of the people around them and involve themselves with the humans, natures and other areas.

The college has a minimum criteria for all the students to get admission in this course. A minimum of 50% marks in class Xth, XIIth & Graduation in any stream / background / discipline plus a minimum of 50percentile score in either CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT / CMAT and clearance of Group discussion, Personal interview, Presentation and English communication rounds. Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

The course Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two year full time management course / program approved by AICTE. The course is designed in a unique manner and offers three unconventional fields to all the students of the college in the areas of banking and finance, marketing and business analytics. The students are required to attend all the guest lectures and seminars so that they can get the actual insights about the industry and the corporate world.

To encourage more and more admissions in the college in various program across all disciplices, the college offers a lot of scholarships for most of the students. The candidates applying for these scholarship courses are required to submit copies of their parents income proof of the last two years. These documents are to be submitted every year to be able to get the scholarship without any hindrance. If the student wish to continue getting the scholarship in the second year, the student is required to maintain a CGP of 7.8 or above every academic year.
