Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have chosen bcom because I do part-time work in the mobile shop. The faculty of my college is very good whenever I didn't get anything in the lecture then I go to the staffroom and the teachers explain concepts very clearly. In my college, most faculty members have bachelor's degrees and master's degrees and some of them have done PhD. In my to crack exam is easy because teachers always clear the doubts of students.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

The intership are offered by college as follows: Research Assistant Intern. Social Media Intern. Business Analyst Intern. Copywriting Intern. Marketing/PR Intern. Accounting and banking intern But students didn't try for internship in college because they already working in any organisation.

Placement Experience

4.5

After 4th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. Tata, Infosys and other companies visited colleges for hiring students. The highest average package is 2lakhs rupees. 45 to 50% of students get placement. I will do a master's and work in good corporate at Mumbai University after my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees at my college are not much any can pay its very reasonable. Many scholarship programs are provided by colleges and governments throughout the year for sc/St and minorities. There are internship options also available in my college for learning.

Campus Life

4

The campus the college is not big but enough for students to chill out there. The staff of library is very good and the way of talk with students and faculty members is also amazing. Teachers also supports students to participate in sports and extra curricular activities. There is Instagram page of a college named ' Tolani autonomous ' which is run by students.

Admission

The admission process involves filling out an application form through the website of the University and college. Eligible incoming first-year students will receive a call after three days. The outcome of the admission process may affect a student's future career trajectory considerably. I had filled out my admission form in online mode so I didn't want to see a change in the admission process

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
