NSUT , B.Tech (ICE) Experience

I have chosen this particular course of B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE) because in JAC counseling I can get the best out of my rank is NSUT, Delhi which is a reputed college in Delhi as well as India, it is in the top 3 colleges in Delhi for Engineering according to NIRF ranking. This branch in NSUT is rare branch in INdia , which is offered by very less colleges like NITs ,etc. ICE branch is one of the oldest branches of our college and thus have very good and experiemced proffesors of the same in our college with having multiple degrees and good academic records as well as research work. The teaching methodology of them is als very good in this modern era , they use boards, smart classes ,and labs too. Exams in NSUT includes Endsems (final exam of semester) which is at last of sem, midsems (once in 1 semester) in middle of sem, and other than that 2 Class tests in 1 semester.

NSUT is famous for its placement statistics, even for internship opportunities. Almost 90-95% of the eligible students from all courses offered are placed each year. After 4th semester, students are eligible for appearing in internships After 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. The highest package of INR 1 CR+ is offered to 1 student for a foreign offer. The average package is 9 LPA including all branches, however, for CS, and IT branches it goes above 9.

Moksha, the annual fest of our college is most famous in Delhi and outside for crazy performances and activities. Resonance, an intra-college fest only for college students These fests are about 3 days long. Our Library is vast and has books of almost everything one need in college even for research purpose, and modern books to ancient books, and documentation everything is present in the library. It has 2 floors, A.C., wi-fi, etc. Our college conducts sports competitions more often, 1 in winter, 1 in summer, 1 in spring, and annually too. We have societies and clubs of the most diverse things such as music, dance, debate, content, open mic, car racing, mechanical robotics, photography, and whatnot.

Anyone who had appeared in JEE main or/and Advanced, the entrance exam is eligible to apply for it. As NSUT Delhi comes under JAC Delhi counselling which includes a few more govt. Engineering colleges exclusively for Delhi. JAC Delhi includes colleges like DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW, IIITD, and DSEU. JAC demands JEE main scorecard for further counselling , the form can be found on its site itself . After result declaration of JEE main and advance , about 1 month the counselling begins . Reservation may help students to get top branches like CS ,IT, ECE,etc. They include :- SC, ST ,OBC, EWS, PWD, and female quota. After you pay counselling fees, about half fees of 1st year of that college that you are getting in first round , you can float about your choice filling means you confirmed that branch that you have paid for , but you have chances to still upgrade it.
