Course Curriculum Overview
It is a more upcoming field nowadays. As we see the need for IT engineers it is the correct decision to choose this field. Overall curriculum and faculty of the college are quite good as they focus more on improving the skills of students and providing the best knowledge to students. There are 3-semester exams are held with one end sem exam in one semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
As the college is Autonomous the fee structure is reasonable. Scholarships like EBC and TFWS are also provided to students. In EBC fee is reduced by almost 20 to 25 percent. And TFWS reduced fees more than EBC. Both scholarships are helpful. Campus placements are also quite good.
Campus Life
The college campus and infrastructure are very much nice. Zephyr is the most famous techfest that takes place in TCET. There is a huge library provided to students where all kinds of books are available related to the major of students. The classrooms are very big and AC is provided in each classroom. There are many clubs and professional bodies which provide extracurricular activities.
Admission
Admission is based on JEE main and CET exams, there is a different cut of the list for every branch. If one got a percentile above that cut-off range and based on the number of students, admission takes place. Reservation for ST, NT, and OBC is also there and there is TFWS (Tuition Fee Wavier Scheme) where the annual fee of students is minimized.
