Course Curriculum Overview
My AIR rank was around 10k and this course is the best possible course I was getting with this rank IIT ISM is also famous for its earth science branches. So I decided to choose this course. The IIT ISM course curriculum is rigorous and comprehensive. Courses are designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the subject matter. Faculty members are top-notch and are drawn from both academia and industry. Faculty are very experienced and most of them are from old IITs and highly experienced. They are experts in their fields and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. The faculty: student ratio is around 1:12. There are different faculties for different courses (you will generally not encounter the same proof for two different courses). Most of the faculty are professors from old IITs or have done their masters from old IITs or IISC. There will be two major tests mid-semester exams and end-semester exams and some quinces (depending on the professor).
